No well controlled data for bromazepam in human pregnancy.

Benzodiazepines in general are associated with increased incidence of congenital anomalies in 1st trimester and chronic use throughout pregnancy is associated with neonatal withdrawal.
Use in the last weeks of pregnancy can cause neonatal CNS depression , flaccidity, poor feeding, respiratory depression and hypothermia.

Breast Feeding

Excreted into milk of lactating animals.
No human data but other similar benzodiazepines are excreted into milk causing sedation, poor feeding and weight loss in nursing infants.
